DPXX AI Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DPXX AI collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information and AI-generation related data.
1. Data We Collect
- Account and login data.
- Payment, order and credit data.
- Prompts, uploads, reference images, videos, Chat messages, files, generated results and history.
- Tutorial interactions and comments.
- DPXX Video binding, transfer and COTA records.
- Cookie/localStorage consent, device, IP, browser, security and audit logs.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to provide platform services, process credits and payments, operate AI generation and video transfers, improve security, prevent abuse, handle disputes and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third Parties
Data may be processed by payment providers, email/SMS/captcha services, cloud storage providers, AI model providers, video platform APIs and security/operations vendors where necessary. This may include prompts, Chat messages, file content, images, videos, generation parameters, account/job identifiers, routing metadata, IP/device/time metadata and logs.
4. Retention
Private source images, videos, and audio in regular workflows are retained for 30 days; text records and thumbnails remain permanently. Shared gallery source files remain while shared and for 30 days after unsharing. The 500 MB personal media library remains until the user deletes items. Tutorial assets remain while articles exist. Account deletion removes or anonymizes deletable data while payment, accounting, tax, risk-control, audit, abuse, complaint and legal records may be retained where required.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, self-service data export, correction, deletion, withdrawal of non-essential cookie/tracking consent, account cancellation or complaints through the platform contact channels, subject to legal and security requirements.
