DPXX AI Enterprise and Education Supplemental Terms
These supplemental terms apply to enterprises, schools, training institutions, teachers, students, teams and other organizational use of DPXX AI.
1. Scope and Priority
Organizational use of DPXX AI is subject to these supplemental terms together with the general DPXX AI legal documents.
2. Account and Member Management
- Organizations should define administrators, members, payers, actual users and content reviewers.
- Accounts, passwords, API keys, redemption codes, DPXX Video bindings and platform rights may not be rented, sold, transferred or shared with unauthorized persons.
- Organizations should revoke access when employees, teachers, students or project members leave or no longer need access.
3. Credits, Payment and Invoicing
Organizations are responsible for internal approval, payment authorization, reimbursement, invoicing and tax arrangements. DPXX AI credits are digital service rights, not cash. DPXX Video transfer is limited to paid credits.
4. Materials and Data
Organizations must not upload unauthorized personal information, minor information, customer data, employee data, trade secrets, internal files, unpublished course materials or other sensitive information. Necessary use requires lawful authorization and data minimization.
5. Teaching, Training and Commercial Delivery
AI-generated content used in teaching, training, client delivery, advertising, short-drama creation or public release must be manually reviewed for legality, accuracy, authorization, AI labeling and scenario fitness.
6. Minors and Campus Scenarios
Use involving minors or campus scenarios must comply with laws on minor protection, privacy, education, cybersecurity and content safety.
7. Enforcement and Contact
