DPXX AI Terms of Service

DPXX AI is a multi-product AI creation platform. These terms apply to DPXX AI, DPXX Image, DPXX Video, DPXX Chat and future products. Product rules, notices and special terms form part of these terms.

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep passwords, verification codes, API keys and devices secure.
• Do not sell, rent, lend, transfer or share accounts without authorization.
• You remain responsible for activities conducted through your account.

You must ensure that prompts, uploads, reference images, first/last frames, files, comments and shared works are legal, authorized and non-infringing. When you submit AI tasks, prompts, text, images, videos, file content, generation parameters, account/job identifiers, routing metadata, IP/device/time metadata and related logs may be sent to external AI models, cloud storage, video platform APIs, safety review or operations vendors as necessary. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique or similar to other outputs. You must evaluate it before using it commercially or in high-risk scenarios.

DPXX AI credits are virtual service rights and are governed by the recharge terms. DPXX Video transfers may use paid credits only and COTA results depend on the video platform response.

You may not use the platform for illegal, infringing, abusive, pornographic, violent, fraudulent, cyber-attack, automated abuse or other prohibited purposes. DPXX AI may refuse generation, remove content, restrict accounts or preserve evidence where necessary.

These terms are governed by PRC law. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation and may then be submitted to the competent authority or court.
