DPXX AI Recharge and No-Refund Terms

DPXX AI credits are virtual service rights for platform services. They are not cash, stored value, electronic money or withdrawable balance.

Paid credits are purchased through actual payment. Bonus, redemption-code and manually granted credits do not correspond to user payment and cannot be transferred to DPXX Video.

DPXX Video transfers may use paid credits only. The frontend shows credits and returned COTA only; financial calculations are retained in the backend for reconciliation.

Once credits are delivered and activated, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or for verified duplicate payment, payment success without delivery, abnormal amount or platform-caused inability to provide the service.

DPXX AI may freeze or adjust credits and accounts where fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal use, automated abuse or other risks are detected.
