DPXX AI IP Complaint and Rights Protection Policy
This policy describes how DPXX AI handles rights complaints, counter-notices, appeals, evidence preservation and enforcement for intellectual property and other protected rights.
1. Scope
This policy applies to prompts, uploaded materials, generated content, tutorials, comments, gallery sharing, DPXX Video content and other DPXX AI product features.
Protected rights may include copyright, trademarks, patents, likeness, voice, name, reputation, privacy, personal information, trade secrets, brand assets, educational materials and other legally protected interests.
2. Complaint Materials
- Identity, contact information and authorization proof of the right holder or representative.
- Evidence of rights ownership or authorization.
- Accurate information that allows DPXX AI to locate the complained content.
- A clear explanation of the alleged infringement and requested action.
- A statement that the complaint is truthful, lawful and complete.
3. Handling Process
DPXX AI may review the complaint, request supplements, notify the affected user, remove or hide content, restrict download or sharing, suspend relevant features and preserve evidence where appropriate.
Platform actions are not a final judicial or administrative determination. Complex rights disputes should be resolved by the parties through negotiation, administrative procedures, arbitration or litigation.
4. Counter-Notice and Appeal
Affected users may submit counter-notices with identity information, the affected content, supporting evidence and a truthful statement. DPXX AI will review the materials according to risk and applicable law.
5. Repeat Infringement and Abuse
DPXX AI may restrict features, freeze accounts or credits, terminate services and preserve evidence for repeat infringement, malicious complaints, forged materials or abusive use of the complaint process.
6. Data and Logs
DPXX AI may preserve necessary account, login, IP, device, operation, prompt, upload, generation, download, sharing, payment, credit and API logs for complaint handling, security audits and lawful cooperation with competent authorities.
